Where is the price of each program?

A: Animation copyrights are different from other products. The pricing varies according to areas and rights. So DMW365 chooes to give the right of pricing to customer. You can choose to give us an offer in USD when placing an order or after submitting. Once receiving your order, our staff will contact you by online message/email to follow on the order details with you during the whole transaction process. So please keep an eye on your registered email box and our message box to get updated information!

Why I can't find certain right in certain continent for a program?

A: The case would probably be that one of the certain rights in one of the countries of that continent has already been sold out. You'll be able to look into that only it's valid again. You could check for other related programs or contact us regarding specific demands.

Where's the payment page?

A: We don't have online payment page at this moment. As the price/agreement has too be dicussed specificly. Once you order is placed, please keep an eye on your email box or online message box, our staff will contact you to define the transaction details. Or you can Contact us for further process.

What forms of payment do you accept?

A: At this moment we accept wire transfer. Our payment information would be indicated on a signed agreement when the order is confirmed by both.

Do we need an agreement?

A: Yes. Before any payment/transferring/licensing, we'll have to reach into signed agreement/Letter of Intent/Deal Memo which could be offered by either of us.

Can I combine multiple orders or add additional items to my order once it has been placed?

A: Mutiple orders are only available for one program. That means you can choose mutipe areas and rights for only one program in one order.

To purchase more than one programs, you'll have to submit more orders. One for each.

After your order is placed, we'll audit the certain copyrights of your interested program.

How can I track my order? What is the status of my order?

A: By simply clicking on the "My orders" link at the top right corner of every page of our site, you will be able to view general information and staus about your orders. Check the button "track" on the right side of certain order, you'll be able to check detailed status of one certain order. 
Or you can enter "My Account" on top of home page. Then click "My orders" on the left side to check your orders.

How does dmw365.com ship an order?

A: We have mutipe ways to ship the agreed materials, choose whatever you like:
      a. Via Express for paper materials, freight prepaid; U disk if urgent for digital materials, freight collected
      b. Via QQ, an instant messager, quick and free (download: http://www.imqq.com/contact-us?lang=1033#download ), and we'll offer you an account.
      c. Via Online disk like ftp, we transfer, baidu disk, cloud disk, etc. and we'll exchange link, account, pw if necessary when process into delivery.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

A: Once the order is validated and the deposit is paid, your materials will be sent out immediately.
    And it takes 3-5 working days via Express, several days via QQ/FTP, a dozen of days via online disk.

A: To reset password you can click "Forgot your Password?" when log in.

A: Send us a message to "Tech" on "Messages" page under "My Account", or send us an e-mail to tech@dmw365.com informing us of your request to deactivate/delete your account, and we will begin processing your request within one working day.
